Leadership Academy

Leadership Academy is a fun-filled four-day leadership retreat highlighted by outdoor leadership challenges, personal reflection and group interaction. Leadership Academy is held at Bradford Woods, an outdoor education center, in Martinsville, Indiana.

Funded through a generous grant from the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation, Leadership Academy is an intergenerational event with nominated representatives attending from each chapter and 70 Alumna positions available with no cost to the individual.
